Required information
Use your real name, registered agency and REN / REA / firm registration details. Provide an accurate RM price, Malaysian location, built-up area in sqft, current availability and photos you are authorised to use. Mark rental prices as monthly.
審査と更新
業者申請・新規掲載・編集・再掲載は運営が確認します。承認は取引の安全性や収益を保証するものではありません。掲載期限は公開から30日です。成約・賃貸済みの場合は管理画面から公開を停止してください。
Prohibited listings
No fictitious or bait listings, unauthorised photos, misleading prices, duplicated advertisements of the same unit within one account, irrelevant promotions or personal information without consent. We may pause listings or accounts to investigate.
Translations and contact
English descriptions are preserved. Optional Japanese descriptions are reviewed before publication. Enquiries are sent to the listing contact; use the portal contact form to report inaccurate or unauthorised content.
